| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je ocenění společnosti PILANA Wood s.r.o. k 31. 12. 2015 z pohledu externího analytika pro účel. Primární metodou ocenění je výnosová metoda diskontovaných peněžních toků (DCF), která je doplněna o metodu tržních multiplikátorů. Teoretická část vysvětluje základní pojmy týkající se oceňování podniku a finanční analýzy, finančního plánu a popisuje veškeré informace, metody, nástroje a výpočty použité v praktické část. Praktická část začíná představením oceňovaného podniku a je následována aplikací metod a nástrojů z teoretické části práce, které postupně směřují k závěrečnému ocenění společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this diploma thesis is a valuation of the company "PILANA Wood s.r.o." to the date of 31 December 2015. The primary valuation method is the discounted cash flow method (DCF), which is complemented by the market multipliers method. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts of enterprise evaluation and financial analysis, the financial plan and describes all the information, methods, tools and calculations used in the practical part. The practical part begins with the presentation of the target company and is followed by the application of methods and tools from the theoretical part of the thesis, which gradually lead to the finale valuation of the company. |
