| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je vypracovat strategickou analýzu podniku Golf Beřovice s.r.o. a vyvodit vhodná doporučení. První část se zaměřuje na metodiku potřebnou k vytvoření strategické analýzy. Dále popisuje specifika sportovního zařízení. V praktické části jsou tyto postupy aplikovány na vybraný podnik. Analýza makrookolí je shrnuta v PESTLE analýze. Analýza mikrookolí je provedena pomocí Porterovy analýzy konkurenčních sil, analýzy odvětví a dalších. Důležitou součástí práce je interní analýza, která je složena z analýzy vnitřních zdrojů, finanční a portfolio analýzy. Finanční analýza je doplněna benchmarkingovým srovnáním pomocí metodiky INFA. Nakonec jsou výsledky všech analýz shrnuty v syntéze pomocí SWOT analýzy. V závěru práce jsou uvedena doporučení pro podnik. |

| Abstract: | The goal of the diploma thesis is to perform a strategic analysis of company Golf Beřovice s.r.o. and present applicable proposals. The first part is focused on the methodology of strategic analysis. Moreover, it describes the specifics of the sport facility. The approaches are later applied to the selected company in the practical part. An analysis of macro-environment is summarised in a PESTLE analysis. An analysis of micro-environment is realized through a Porter's five forces model, an industry analysis and others. An internal analysis is an important part of the diploma thesis. It consists of an analysis of internal resources, a financial and portfolio analysis. The financial analysis is complemented by a benchmark according to INFA methodology. The diploma thesis is concluded by a summary of all analysis in the synthesis using SWOT analysis. At the end of the thesis are recommendations for the company. |
