| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zmapováním vybraného procesu dodržování nezávislosti zaměstnanců v nadnárodní auditorské firmě a jeho optimalizací. Během počáteční fáze mapování byli využity následující nástroje: walkthrough nebo SIPOC diagram. Jako standardem pro zobrazení procesu byla využita ČSN ISO 5807. Pro účel optimalizace bylo nutné provézt analýzu dat za uplynulý rok, což ukázalo na subproces s nejvyšším procentem nevyplněných potvrzení nezávislosti a následně byla provedena podrobnější analýza. Na celý zmapovaný proces byla aplikovaná teorie úzkých míst, která poukázala na 3 místa, u nichž byla navržena řešení. Nově nastavené procesy by měly ušetřit čas a také až o 66 % snížit počet nevyplněných potvrzení. |

| Abstract: | This master’s thesis deals with the mapping of process Independence abidance of multinational auditing firm’s employees and its optimization. At beginning tools like walkthrough or SIPOC diagram were used. Norm ČSN ISO 5807 was used for proces mapping as standard. For the purpose of optimization, it was necessary to analyze the data for the past year, indicating the subprocess with the highest percentage of unverified confirmations of independence and then a more detailed analysis. For the entire process, the theory of constraints was applied, pointing to the 3 spots where the solution was designed. Newly configured processes should save time and also reduce the number of unverified confirmations by as much as 66%. |
