| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá jedním typem přeměny obchodních korporací, kterým jsou fúze. Vybrané typy fúzí jsou posouzeny z hlediska vývoje jejich finanční situace pomocí vybraných ukazatelů finanční analýzy před a po fúzi. Teoretická část diplomové pak popisuje především obchodně právní a účetní legislativu, která řeší danou problematiku. Praktická část kvantifikuje vzorek fúzí provedených v roce 2013 z hlediska závislosti mezi zúčastněnými subjekty na fúzi a dále zhodnocuje samotný stav finanční situace u vybraných zástupců fúzí před fúzí s následným vývojem u nástupnické obchodní korporace. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deal with one of the type of business combination, which are mergers. The selected types of mergers are focused on their economic situation and financial health using selected indicators of financial analysis before and after the merger. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis mainly desribe business law and accounting legislation, which deals with the given issue. The practical part quantifies the sample of mergers carried out in 2013 and focuses on the relationship between the parties involved in the merger and further evaluates the financial situation of selected mergers before the merger with subsequent situation after the merger. |
