| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá finanční a strategickou analýzou MONETA Money Bank, na které navazuje vyčíslení vnitřní hodnoty jejích akcií. K ocenění byla použita metoda DCF a metoda srovnatelných podniků.První část práce se zabývá metodikou použitých oceňovacích metod a specifickými bankovními finančními ukazateli. Druhá část je věnována analýze hospodaření banky a samotnému ocenění. V závěru jsou porovnány výsledné hodnoty ocenění a tržní cenou akcie a identifikovány pravděpodobné důvody podhodnocení akcií na trhu. |

| Abstract: | The topic of this thesis is a financial and strategic analysis of MONETA Money Bank together with the calculation of the intrinsic value of its stocks. The methods used comprise DCF and comparable company analysis.The first part of the thesis deals with the methodology of the selected valuation methods as well as with bank-specific financial measures. The second part focuses on the financial and strategic analysis as well as on the valuation itself. In the conclusion, the valuation results are compared to the stock's market price and the reasons for its undervaluation are identified. |
