| Abstract: | Diplomová práca je písaná formou znaleckého posudku s cieľom určiť objektivizovanú hodnotu spoločnosti Ferrero Česká s.r.o. k dátumu ocenenia 31.8.2015. Odhad vybranej hodnoty je uskutočnený metódou diskontovaných peňažných tokov typu entity (ako hlavnou metódou) a metódou tržného porovnania. K dosiahnutiu cieľa bola využitá finančná a strategická analýza, určenie generátorov hodnoty a zostavenie finančného plánu. |

| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je vypracována ve formě znaleckého posudku, s cílem stanovit objektivizovanou hodnotu společnosti Ferrero Česká s.r.o. k datu ocenění 31.8.2015. Odhad hodnoty je proved metodou diskontovaných peněžních toků typ entity (jako primární metoda) a metodou tržního srovnání. K dosažení tohoto cíle byla využita finanční a strategická analýza, určení generátorů hodnoty a sestavení finančního plánu. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis is written in the form of an expert opinion to determine the objectified value of the company Ferrero Česká s.r.o. as of August, 31st 2015. Estimated value is appraised using the discounted cash flow method of the entity (as the primary method) and the market comparison method. To achieve the goal, financial and strategic analysis, the determination of value generators and the compilation of the financial plan were used. |
