Abstract: | Cílem práce je analýza připravenosti resortů na realizaci úplného elektronického podání. Základem je zkoumání možností podání u jednotlivých agend u vybraných ministerstev. Práce je rozdělena do několika částí. V první části je definován pojem e-Governmentu, popsány jeho přínosy a právní zakotvení. Druhá část obsahuje představení úplného elektronického podání a podmínek pro jeho zavedení, z nichž nejdůležitější jsou nařízení eIDAS a zavedení elektronické identifikace. Další částí je již samotná analýza jednotlivých resortů. Poslední částí je zhodnocení aktuálního stavu a doporučení k dalšímu postupu. Hlavním přínosem práce je zjištění o nepřipravenosti resortů na realizaci úplného elektronického podání dle nové legislativy. |

Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to analyze readiness of departments for realization of electronic-only submission. The basis is examination of submission options in communication with chosen departments. Thesis is divided into several parts. E-Government concept, its benefits and law regulation is defined in the first part of the work. The second part contains information about electronic-only submission and conditions for its realization such as the eIDAS regulation and electronic identification. The next part includes the analysis of readiness of departments themselves. The last part is about evaluation of current state and recommendations for next steps. The main benefit of this thesis is the finding out that departments are not ready for realization of electronic-only submission despite new valid legislation. |
