| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se věnuje analýze budování elektronické identity v členských státech Evropské unie vycházející z nařízení č. 910/2014 o elektronické identifikaci a službách vytvářejících důvěru pro elektronické transakce na vnitřním trhu, zvaným nařízení eIDAS. Zkoumá systémy elektronické identifikace v jednotlivých státech a stav vývoje národních uzlů, díky kterým bude možné vzájemné uznávání těchto systémů. V první části práce je porovnán stav implementace systému elektronických identit ve všech členských státech. Zaměřuje se na jejich prostředky elektronické identifikace a na stav budování eIDAS uzlů. Ve druhé části se zaměřuje na detailní analýzu vybraných členských států (Česká republika, Estonsko a Rakousko). Z analýzy vyjde návrh doporučení pro systém elektronické identifikace České republiky. |

| Abstract: | This thesis analyses establishing of electronic identities in Member States of European Union according to regulation No. 910/2014 on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions in the internal market, known as regulation eIDAS. It examines national schemes of electronic identification and the state ofdevelopment of national nodes, which enable mutual recognition of eID systems. The first part of the thesis compares the state of implementation eID schemes in all member states. It will focus on their electronic identification means and on the state of eIDAS node development. In the second part it will focus on detailed analysis of selected member states (Czech Republic, Estonia and Austria). From the analysis it will propose a recommendation for the electronic identification scheme of the Czech Republic. |
