| Abstract: | Tématem práce je institut práva být zapomenut, a to zejména v kontextu shromažďování dat veřejnou správou v České republice. Základem je analýza vybraných registrů veřejné správy, jimiž jsou insolvenční rejstřík, rejstřík trestů a evidence přestupků ve vztahu k tomuto právu. První část práce se věnuje sociologickým a historickým souvislostem, národnímu i komunitárnímu právnímu rámci a rozboru dosavadních výzkumů ve zkoumané oblasti. Ve druhé části jsou analyzovány vybrané databáze a na základě souvisejících právních předpisů jsou diskutovány možnosti a úskalí aplikace práva být zapomenut. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the institute of the right to be forgotten, especially in the context of collecting data by the public administration in the Czech Republic. There are analysed selected public registers, such as insolvency register, criminal record and offenses record, in relation to this right. The first part of the thesis deals with sociological and historical aspects, state and community legal framework and the analysis of the existing research in the considered area. In the second part, selected registers are analyzed. On the basis of related law regulations, possibilities and pitfalls of application of the right to be forgotten are discussed. |
