| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou pohřbívání, pohřebišť a krematorií v České republice. Cílem je poskytnout bližší pohled na toto stále tabuizované téma. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na definici důležitých pojmů v této oblasti a historický vhled do problematiky od osvícenství po současnost. Praktická část práce obsahuje komparaci zákona č. 256/2001 Sb. s vybranými částmi zákona č. 193/2016 Sb., který je jeho novelizací, posuzuje přínosy novelizace a její slabá místa. Také zahrnuje ilustrativní kritiku ze strany pracovníků v této oblasti v jedné jeho části. Na základě práce je možné konstatovat, že oblast pohřbívání a pohřebnictví potřebuje delší čas na znovuzískání kvality a zdokonalení zákonů. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the funeral, burial and crematoria issue in the Czech Republic. The aim is to provide a closer look at this tabooed topic. The theoretical part focuses on the definitions of important concepts in this field and the historical insight into the issue from the Enlightenment to the present. The practical part of the thesis contains a comparison of Act No. 256/2001 Coll. With selected parts of Act No. 193/2016 Coll., Which is its amendment, it assesses the benefits of the amendment and its weaknesses. It also includes illustrative criticism from workers in this field in one part of it. Because of the work, it can be stated that the area of funeral and burial needs a longer time to regain quality and improve the laws. |
