| Abstract: | Podpora natalitní politiky, rodin a zabezpečení na stáří jsou jedny z hlavních témat, kterým se aktuálně věnuje sociální politika ve všech moderních zemích. S ohledem na nepříznivý demografický vývoj, zapříčiněný klesající porodností a prodlužující se střední délkou života, nabývají témata reformy důchodového systému a pro-porodní politiky nebývalých rozměrů. Cílem této práce je analýza důchodového systému v České republice, s následným zaměřením na rozbor jednotlivých možností podpory rodin s dětmi prostřednictvím systému důchodového zabezpečení. V teoretické části bude diplomová práce zkoumat sociální a rodinnou politiku, dále také jednotlivé modely penzijních systémů a Český důchodový systém. V praktické části se práce zaměří na konkrétní problémy, se kterými se náš důchodový systém potýká (spojené s demografickým vývojem) a na analýzu jednotlivých možností podpory rodin prostřednictvím důchodového zabezpečení. Závěr práce poskytne zhodnocení navržených možností a možné alternativní cesty pro podporu rodin s dětmi, proporodní politiku a tedy i důchodový systém. |

| Abstract: | Support for natal politics, families and pension ensuring are some of the main topics currently devoted to social policy in all advanced countries. In view of the fact that the unfavorable demographic trends caused by declining birth rates and prolonging life expectancy, the topics of reform of the pension system and pro-birth policies are becoming increasingly prevalent. The aim of this work is to analyze the pension system in the Czech Republic, with a subsequent focus on the analysis of the individual possibilities of support for families with children through the pension insurance system. In the theoretical part, the dissertation will examine social and family policy, as well as individual models of pension systems and also the Czech pension system. In the practical part it will focus on specific problems, which our pension system is facing (related with demographic development) and on the analysis of individual possibilities of support for families through pension insurance system. The conclusion of the dissertaion will provide an evaluation of the proposed options and possible alternative ways to support families with children, for pro-birth policy and so for the pension system. |
