| Abstract: | Předmětem diplomové práce Porovnání fungování univerzitních a komerčních zařízení pro podnikatelskou inkubaci v Praze je popsat a zhodnotit prostředí pro podporu začínajících firem – startupů, se zaměřením na identifikaci nejdůležitějších determinant pro úspěšnou inkubaci a akceleraci startupů. První část diplomové práce se věnuje obecné problematice podnikání, jeho podpory a inovací z teoretického pohledu, jsou vymezeny základní pojmy, které jsou pro práci klíčové, je připraven stručný náhled do startupové komunity v ČR. Druhá část práce se zaměřuje na praktický výzkum mezi pražskými inkubátory a akcelerátory. Pomocí informací získaných z rozhovorů se specialisty z oboru podpory startupového podnikání a z dotazníkové šetření přímo mezi inkubovanými a akcelerovanými firmami jsou analyzovány odlišné přístupy univerzitních a komerčních zařízení. Na základě získaných informací je vytvořen seznam sedmi podoblastí podpory začínajících firem, který je dále podrobně zkoumán. Z vypracovaných analýz vyplývají klíčové faktory, které jsou nejdůležitější ve směru od inkubátorů a akcelerátoru ke startupům – kontakty a networking, odborné poradenství a individuální mentoring. |

| Abstract: | The subject of the diploma thesis Comparison of the functioning of university and commercial facilities for business incubation in Prague is to described the environment for support of startup companies with focus on identifying the most important determinants for successful incubation and acceleration of startup. The first part of the diploma thesis deals with the general problems of entrepreneurship, its support and innovation from the theoretical point of view, it defines the basic concepts that are crucial for the work, a brief overview of the startup community in the Czech Republic is described. The second part of the thesis focuses on practical research among Prague incubators and accelerators. Through the information gathered from interviews with startup business support specialists and questionnaires directly between incubated and accelerated firms, different approaches to university and commercial facilities are analyzed. On the basis of the information obtained, a list of seven startup support determinants is created, that is further explored. Analyzes are based on key factors that are most important in the direction of incubators and accelerators for launch - contacts and networking, expert advice and individual mentoring. |
