| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je věnována tématu motivace zaměstnanců a zaměřuje se na identifikaci a analýzu motivačních nástrojů. Teoretická část bakalářské práce vysvětluje základní pojmy motivace a popisuje motivační typy a teorie. Druhá část teoretické části je věnována definici manažera a jeho podřízeným zaměstnancům včetně způsobů jejich hodnocení a odměňování. Praktická část je vypracována na základě pozorování a dotazování motivovaných zaměstnanců ve vybraném podniku. Cílem práce je analyzovat motivační nástroje podniku, rozhodnout, zdali mají vliv na motivaci a výkonnost zaměstnanců. Popřípadě navrhnout změny, které povedou k dlouhodobě motivovanému personálu. |

| Abstract: | The Bachelor thesis is dedicated to motivation of staff and aimed on identification and analysation of the motivational instruments. The theoretical part of the thesis explains main definitions of motivation and describes motivational types and theories. Second part of the theoretical thesis sums up definition of manager and their subordinates including their performance ratings and remuneration. The practical part of bachelor thesis is based on observation and interrogation of motivated staff in a specific company. The main aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyse motivational instruments of the entreprise and decide if it has an impact on the motivation and efficiency of the employees. If not there will be proposed changes and improvements for the future. |
