| Abstract: | Od sedmdesátých let minulého století probíhá v mezinárodních vztazích debata o rostoucím významu transnacionálních vztahů. Objektem výzkumu jsou vedle států i další aktéři včetně epistémických komunit. S využitím konceptu epistémických komunit disertační práce ověřuje, za jakých podmínek a jakým způsobem ovlivňuje aktivita epistémických komunit vývoj mezinárodní správy kosmického prostoru v UNOOSA a v UNCOPUOS. S výjimkou používání jaderných pohonů v kosmickém prostoru aktivita epistémických komunit, sdružených ve vládních a nevládních organizacích, přispěla k nastolení jednotlivých aspektů souvisejících s průzkumem a využíváním kosmického prostoru satelitními technologiemi na agendu jednání. Přesvědčení epistémických komunit UNCOPUOS dále zahrnul do mezinárodní regulace přímého družicového vysílání, dálkového průzkumu Země, používání jaderných pohonů na satelitních technologiích a problému kosmické tříště. |

| Abstract: | Since 1970’s, rising importance of transnational relations has been discussed in international relations. Apart from states, the research focuses on other actors including epistemic communities. The dissertation thesis uses the concept of epistemic communities and examines under what conditions and in what manner activity of epistemic communities determines process of international management in the UNOOSA and the UNCOPUOS. Except for use of nuclear power sources, the activity of epistemic communities associated intergovernmental and nongovernmental organizations contributed to set up the aspects of exploration and uses of outer space by satellite technologies on agenda. The UNCOPUOS also included epistemic communities’ beliefs into international regulation of direct broadcasting, remote sensing and use of nuclear power sources by satellites and space debris problem. |
