| Abstract: | Tématem diplomové práce je „Finanční analýza Rodinného pivovaru Bernard a. s., jako výchozí etapa pro tvorbu strategie firmy“ v letech 2011-2015. Práce je rozdělena do 3 částí. První část se zaměřuje na metodologii jednotlivých nástrojů finanční a strategické analýzy. Ve druhé části jsou popsány základní údaje o společnosti, její historie, organizační struktura a produktové portfolio. V poslední praktické části je provedena aplikace nadefinovaných postupů finanční a strategické analýzy na zkoumanou společnost. U analýzy poměrových ukazatelů se využívá mezipodnikové srovnání s konkurenční společností Pivovar Svijany a. s. Na závěr celé aplikační části je provedena SWOT analýza shrnující veškeré zjištěné skutečnosti z provedených analýz. |

| Abstract: | The subject of my thesis is „Financial analysis of the company Family brewery Bernard a. s., as the basis for determining of a company’s strategy “, between the years of 2011 and 2015. The thesis is divided into 3 parts. The first part is focused on a methodology of financial and strategic analysis. The second part contains a basic information about the company, its history, the organizational structure and the product portfolio. All defined procedures of the financial and strategic analysis are being applied in the third part of the thesis. Results from the analysis of financial ratios are being compared to the competing firm Brewery Svijany a. s. The conclusion of the application part contains the SWOT analysis, which summarizes all facts and the results of analysis. |
