| Abstract: | Práce vychází z nedostatku pracovní síly na českém trhu a věnuje se relokaci zahraničních pracovníků ve firmě STRV. Cílem této práce je odhalit, zda v české legislativě existují překážky komplikující relokační proces a navrhnout případná opatření pro usnadnění procesu relokace uvnitř firmy. Diplomová práce popisuje nábor aplikovaný ve firmě a následný proces získávání povolení k pobytu na území České republiky. Tento proces je popsán na konkrétních pracovnících a případech, se kterými se firma v roce 2017 zabývala. Díky tomu lze přínos práce vidět také ve sdílení know-how společnosti STRV v jejím přístupu k náboru a relokaci. |

| Abstract: | The thesis is based on the lack of workforce on the Czech market and it describes the relocation process of foreign workers to the company called STRV. The aim of this thesis is to find out whether there are obstacles in the Czech legislation which are complicating the relocation process and to propose possible arrangements that could be made to facilitate the whole relocation process inside the company. The thesis describes the recruitment process applied in the company and the subsequent process of applying for visa providing a permission to live and work in the Czech Republic. This process is shown on cases of real workers who were hired by STRV in 2017. The benefits of this thesis can be seen in STRV sharing its know-how and approach to recruitment and relocation. |
