| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá značkou zaměstnavatele neboli Employer Brandem ve společnosti Česká spořitelna, a.s.. V teoretické části vymezuje pomocí odborné literatury a jiných zdrojů, čeho se vlastně tematika Employer Brandu týká a jakou roli v dnešní době hraje.Praktická část provádí situační analýzu v dané společnosti a pomocí dotazníkového šetření a rozhovorů se zaměstnanci definuje nové návrhy pro efektivní Employer Brand. |

| Abstract: | This master thesis is focused on Employer Brand in the company Česká spořitelna, a.s. In the master thesis the theoretical part is in general about Employer Brand and which role Employer Brand plays in the world. Subject – specified literatur is used for this part in the thesis. The practical part is about analyzing the actual situation in the company which is accomplished by surveying and personal interviews with the stuff. The department defines new suggestions for effective Employer Brand in the firm. |
