| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce charakterizuje pomocí odborné literatury oblast pracovněprávních vztahů se zaměřením na rovné zacházení a zákaz diskriminace. V práci jsou vymezeny nejdůležitější prameny jednak práva mezinárodního, tak i evropského a v neposlední řadě je popsána i vnitrostátní právní úprava. Závěr práce se zaobírá možnou právní ochranou před diskriminací. |
