| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se věnuje komparaci důchodových systémů České republiky a Švýcarské konfederace v rozmezí let 2015 až 2017. Hlavním cílem práce je provést analýzu obou systémů, představit hlavní reformní návrhy těchto systémů a identifikovat ty prvky švýcarského systému, které by mohly být užitečné i v českém prostředí. Z analýzy vyplývá, že oba systémy musí čelit různým rizikům, která by v budoucnosti mohla vést k oslabení funkcí těchto systémů. Zatímco ve Švýcarsku má vláda jasně zanalyzováno, jaké změny pomohou těmto rizikům předejít, v případě České republiky je otázka budoucího směřování důchodového systému stále nezodpovězena. Ačkoliv jsou oba systémy relativně odlišné, určité prvky švýcarského důchodového systému by bylo možné zavést i v České republice. |

| Abstract: | Object of this master thesis is comparison of pension systems of the Czech republic and Swiss Confederation between years 2015 and 2017. The main goal of thesis is to perform an in-depth analysis of both systems, introduce main reform plans of these systems and indentify elements of swiss system, that could be usefull in Czech republic. The outcome of the analysis is that both czech and swiss system have to face various risks, that could result in weakening of functionality of those systems. While Swiss government already has a plan on tackling risks for its pension system, in case of Czech republic the question of future form of pension system is still unresolved. Although both systems are relatively different, there are some elements of swiss pension system, that could be implemented into pension system of Czech republic. |
