| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou nedostatečné fiskální integrace v rámci eurozóny. Společně s monetární unií nevznikla i fiskální unie, pouze rámcová pravidla fiskální politiky. Diplomová práce si proto klade za cíl navrhnout potenciální způsoby fiskální integrace zemí eurozóny, konkrétně pomocí společné fiskální instituce, emise eurobondů či schématu evropského pojištění v nezaměstnanosti, v kontextu současných problémů eurozóny.V první kapitole definuje monetární a fiskální unii, naznačí jejich výhody a nevýhody a zabývá se problematikou optimální měnové oblasti. Ve druhé kapitole shrne historii jednotné evropské měny a problémy, které až do současnosti vyplynuly z nedostatečné fiskální integrace. Ve třetí kapitole pak navrhne potenciální integraci pomocí evropské fiskální instituce, emise eurobondů či schématu pojištění v nezaměstnanosti. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the problems of the insufficient fiscal integration among the Eurozone countries. A fiscal union was not created together with the monetary union, only some framework rules of the fiscal policy were established. Therefore, the diploma thesis aims to suggest some potential ways of fiscal integration among the Eurozone countries, namely using a common fiscal institution, issuance of Eurobonds or creation of a European unemployment insurance scheme, in the context of the current problems of the Eurozone.The first chapter defines monetary and fiscal union, indicates their advantages and disadvantages and deals with the term of optimum currency area. The second chapter summarizes the history of the common European currency and the problems which have so far emerged from the insufficient fiscal integration. The third chapter suggests potential ways of integration via a European fiscal institution, issuance of Eurobonds or a European unemployment insurance scheme. |
