| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem náboru zaměstnanců, které je aplikováno na příklad konkrétní společnosti. V teoretické části je kladen důraz na teorii řízení lidských zdrojů, zejména na nábor a získávání pracovníků. Popsány jsou vnitřní a vnější zdroje pracovníků a metody náboru. V praktické části je analyzována personální práce v dané společnosti, konkrétní důraz je kladen na používané metody náboru. Výstupem práce jsou, na základě získaných poznatků, návrhy nových metod na zvýšení úspěšnosti náboru. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the topic of recruitment, which is applied to the example of a particular company. In the theoretical part, emphasis is put on the theory of human resources management, especially on recruiting and acquiring employees. Described are internal and external resources of employees and recruitment methods. The practical part analyses the personnel management in the given company, the particular emphasis is put on the recruitment methods used. The output of the thesis are, based on the gained knowledge, suggestions for new methods in order to increase the success rate of the recruitment process. |
