| Abstract: | Zlepšování procesů je nezbytná součást podniku, který si chce dlouhodobě zachovat pozici na trhu a udržet svoji konkurenceschopnost. Farmaceutický trh a trh s distribucí léčiv není výjimkou. Z tohoto důvodu byla napsána tato práce, která si klade za cíl navrhnout řešení pro zlepšení procesů při expedici léčiv. Práce se skládá z několika kapitol. V prvních kapitolách je definována patřičná teorie, další jsou pak věnovány praktické části. Pro zlepšování procesů je v práci použita metoda DMAIC. Proces je nejprve definován, později změřen a analyzován. Dále následuje fáze zlepšování, kde jsou popsány tři varianty zlepšení procesu a změřeny jejich očekávané dopady. První návrh využívá „starší“ metodu 5S, zbylé dva návrhy pracují s moderní technologií. Poslední krok metody cílí na stabilizaci nově nastavených procesů. |

| Abstract: | Process improvement is a necessary part of a business which aims to keep its position in the market and keeps its competitiveness. Pharmaceutical business and pharmaceutical delivery business is not an exception. That is the motivation for writing this thesis which goal is to suggest a draft of process improvement in pharmaceutical delivery process. Master´s thesis is composed of several chapters. The requisite theory is defined in the first chapter. Following chapters contain the practical parts of the thesis. Process improvement is executed by the DMAIC method. First the process is defined, then measured, and then analyzed. After those steps, three suggestions for process improvement are generated. The impacts of those suggestions are measured in this chapter as well. In the first one the “old” method is used. Modern technology is used in the two remaining drafts. The last step in the thesis is to describe how to stabilize the new process in case a draft is implemented. |
