| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá trendem digitalizace v bankovnictví a jeho reálnou potřebou pro klienty. První část se zabývá počátkem digitalizace v bankovním sektoru až po soudobé trendy, online bankovnictvím a jeho bezpečností. Teoretická část se pokouší vymezit nejaktuálnější podmínky pro sjednávání běžných účtů v České republice a jaké způsoby online sjednávání běžných účtů lze za těchto podmínek klientům bank nabídnout.Praktická část práce spočívá v analýze schopnosti jednotlivých českých bank nabídnout klientovi sjednání běžného účtu online, a reálnému sjednání běžných účtů u vybraných bank stanovenými způsoby. Na základě sjednání praktická část porovnává jednotlivé způsoby a u klientsky nejpřívětivějšího se snaží pomocí dotazníkového šet-ření definovat přínosy a rizika pro klienty, včetně budoucího vývoje online prodejního kanálu a jeho reálné aktuální potřeby pro klienty bank. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the trend of digitalization in banking and its real need for a client.The first part focuses on the beginning of digitalization in the banking sector to contemporary trends, online banking and its security. Theoretical part tries to define the most up-to-date conditions for opening current accounts in the Czech Republic and what methods of opening a current account online can be offered to bank clients under these conditions.The practical part of the thesis analyzes the ability of individual Czech banks to offer the client a way to open a current account online and the actual opening of cur-rent accounts in selected banks in specified ways. The practical part compares different ways of opening an account and, for the most lucrative one, tries to define benefits and risks for the client, including the future development of online sales channel and its real current needs for bank clients. |
