| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením. Cílem práce je zhodnocení této problematiky nejen v teoretické rovině, ale i z pohledu praxe. V teoretické části práce jsou definovány pojmy, příslušná právní úprava jak z pohledu českého práva, tak mezinárodního a příslušné instituty na podporu zaměstnanosti osob s postižením. V praktické části jsou uvedeny konkrétní případy z praxe a praktické problémy a překážky, se kterými se na trhu práce v souvislosti s touto specifickou skupinou osob setkáváme. V závěru práce je zhodnocení celé problematiky a jsou zde navrženy změny, které by mohly situaci na pracovním trhu zlepšit. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with employment of persons having health disabilities. The aim of the work is to introduce these problems not only in theory but also in practise. The theoretical part defines terms, relevant legislation from Czech law and international law as well as introduces institutitions supporting employement of these individuals. The practical part describes real-life examples and actual problems and obstacles affected group of people is facing on the labor market. Finally thesis evaluates the problem complexity and proposes changes that could improve the current situation at the labor market. |
