| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na současnou problematiku financování exportu do Íránu. Cílem diplomové práce je identifikovat specifika a problémy související s financováním vývozu do Íránu, které vznikají zejména v důsledku platných sankčních režimů proti Íránu. Důraz je kladen především na sankční režim USA, jež z velké části zůstává v platnosti i po uvolnění mezinárodních sankcí v lednu 2016. Ačkoliv pozastavení mezinárodního sankčního režimu OSN a EU představuje významný krok směřující k oživení budoucí ekonomické spolupráce s důrazem na očekávaný nárůst vývozu do země, problémy s financováním vývozu a se zúčtováním finančních toků do země vznikající v důsledku sankčního režimu USA představují pro exportéry závažné překážky. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis focuses on the current issue of export financing to Iran. The purpose of the diploma thesis is to identify the specifics and problems related to the financing of export to Iran, which arise mainly due to the sanctions regimes that remain in force. Emphasis is placed mainly on the US sanctions, which remain largely in force after the lifting of international sanctions in January 2016. Although the suspension of the UN and EU international sanctions regime represents a major step towards revitalizing future economic cooperation with an emphasis on the expected increase in exports to the country, the problems of export financing and the clearing of financial transaction to the country arising from the US sanctioning regime represent major barriers for exporters. |
