| Abstract: | Tato práce je zaměřená na gamifikaci a její využití na internetovém portálu. Tento internetový portál je navržen a vyvinut s gamifikací ve svém středu s cílem podpořit crowdsourcingové aktivity svých uživatelů.V práci jsou nejprve rozebrány relevantní literatura a další zdroje. Dále jsou detailně popsány principy a prvky gamifikace. Následující část je zaměřena na návrh a vývoj internetové portálu, zvláště klíčového gamifikačního systému, a poskytuje podrobný vhled do rozhodnutí udělaných během tohoto procesu. Následuje analýza využívající data naměřená v období po spuštění portálu. Dle tohoto zhodnocení byl portál využívající gamifikace navržen, vyvinut a spuštěn úspěšně. |

| Abstract: | This thesis is focused on gamification and its utilization on a web portal. This web portal is designed and developed around gamification with the aim to support crowdsourcing activities done by its users.First, relevant bibliography and other sources are examined. Then gamification principles and elements are described in detail. The following part concentrates on designing and developing the web portal, especially its core gamification system, and provides an in-depth insight into decisions made during this process. Then an analysis follows using data measured during the period after portal launch. According to this evaluation the portal utilizing gamification was designed, developed and started successfully. |
