| Abstract: | Diplomová práce řeší problematiku modelování podnikových procesů ve vybrané společnosti s vazbou na business analýzu v procesu zavádění nového IS do organizace. Na úvod pojednává práce o oblastech, které mají značný vliv na zavádění změny do podniku. Tento okruh pomůže pochopit návaznosti na metody a nástroje vhodné pro mapování, analýzu procesů a optimalizaci, které jsou uvedeny v dalším okruhu. Praktická část práce pak představuje organizaci, analyzuje ji a vybírá problémové oblasti podniku. Celý pohled je aplikován z projektového hlediska, včetně obsahu jednotlivých fází. Dále se praktická část zabývá zavedením procesního řízení do podniku, které vysvětluje krok po kroku. Výsledkem této části jsou vybrané modely podnikových procesů. V navazující části jsou definovány datové objekty a informační potřeby, které slouží jako podklad pro nastavení workflow v organizaci. V závěru je uvedeno shrnutí a přínosy implementace procesního přístupu pro implementaci systému. Hlavním cílem práce je pak demonstrovat, jak lze pomocí metody modelování procesů připravit nezbytné podklady pro zavádění informačního systému a při tom nenásilně připravit organizaci k přechodu na procesně řízenou organizaci. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis is focused on the issue of business process modeling in a selected organization with a reference to a business analysis in the process of introducing the new information system (IS) into the organization. At first, the thesis deals with areas having a significant impact on the introduction of change into the organization. There is explained its connection to the methods and tools appropriate for mapping, process analysis, and optimization that are listed in the next section. Followed by the practical part of the thesis, the organization is introduced, analyzed and its problem areas are faced. The project point of view is applied, including the content of the individual phases. In addition, the section deals with the introduction of process management into the organization resulting in selected business process models.Finally, the data objects and information needs are defined as the basis for setting up workflow in the organization. The conclusion summarizes the benefits of realizing the process approach to the system implementation.The main aim of the thesis is to demonstrate the use of process modeling method as a tool for preparation of the necessary documentation of the information system implementation, consequently leading to smooth transition of the organization into a process-controlled organization. |
