| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je návrh a implementace modelu pro Business Intelligence (BI) reporting nad daty CRM systému, konkrétně pilotních dashboardů. Tyto dashboardy jsou vytvořeny ve vybraných BI platformách – Power BI, Tableau a Qlik. Výstupy této diplomové práce tvoří součást praktického projektu, jenž probíhá pod záštitou společnosti poskytující služby CRM systému, nad jehož daty jsou jednotlivé dashboardy modelovány.Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Přičemž teoretická část se zaměřuje na vymezení problematiky BI. Jsou zde popsány základní terminologické výrazy, principy, cíle, komponenty, náklady, efekty i efektivnost BI. V další části je vymezen význam datové kvality, úskalí nasazení BI řešení do podniku a pojem performance dashboard.V praktické části jsou definovány klíčové osvědčené postupy a principy pro modelování datových vizualizací, analýza aktuálního stavu trhu BI platforem a zvolené BI platformy pro modelaci dashboardů. V následující části je definován výchozí návrh dashboardu s využitím drátěného modelu. Zároveň je zde popsán systém CRM, jeho poskytovatel, uživatelé dashboardů, vybrané ukazatele, dimenze a vstupní zdrojová data. V závěrečné kapitole jsou vymodelovány jednotlivé dashboardy ve vybraných BI platformách, dále jsou definovány implementační možnosti nástrojů a doporučení pro výběr preferované BI platformy pro poskytovatel CRM řešení. Dashboardové řešení bude sloužit jako nadstavba dosavadního reportovacího řešení, které je aktuálně implementováno v daném CRM systému. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this diploma thesis is to design and implement Business Intelligence model for data reporting from CRM system, particularly pilot dashboards. These dashboards are created based on BI platforms that have been chosen – Power BI, Tableau and Qlik. Outcomes of this diploma thesis is a part of practical project, which is being conducted under the sponsorship of the company providing services of CRM system, over which data the individual dashboards are modelled.The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part whereas the theoretical part aims for specification of BI problematics. Basic terms, principles, goals, components, costs, effects and BI efficiency are described here. In the consequent part, there is a data quality meaning, aspects of BI solution implementation into a company and a performance dashboard term.In the practical part the best practices and principles of data visualization modelling, current analysis of BI market situation of BI platforms and the chosen BI platform for dashboard modelling are defined. In the following part, there is an outcoming dashboard design including the usage of wireframe defined. As well, there is CRM system, its provider, dashboard users, specific directives, dimensions and entry data source described. In the closing chapter, individual dashboards in specific BI platforms are modelled, and furthermore implementation tool options and recommendation for BI platform selection for CRM solution provider are defined. The dashboard solution will be an upgrade of current reporting solution which is implemented in CRM system. |
