| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat špatně fungující proces řízení lidských kapacit v reálné společnosti působící v oblasti informačních technologií, identifikovat problémy a navrhnout takové vlastní řešení, které podpoří plánování projektového manažera a řízení lidí a projektů. Současným cílem práce je definování teoretického základu, zmapování procesů současného stavu, stanovení struktury procesů, nastavení odpovědností a porovnat navrhované řešení s aktuálním stavem. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá popisem základních oblastí projektového managementu, mezi které patří zejména řízení projektu obecně či konkrétně v oblasti informačních technologií, definování pojmů a identifikace nástrojů využívaných v této oblasti. Dalšími teoretickými tématy, se kterými se práce zabývá jsou řízení lidských kapacit, procesní analýza, modelování procesů a reengineering. Praktická část této práce se zabývá vymezením reálného problému v konkrétní společnosti, analýzou výchozího stavu, procesní analýzou, návrhem vlastního řešení, které optimalizuje proces řízení lidských kapacit, vytvoření matice odpovědností a závěrečné srovnání výchozího stavu s navrhovaným. |

| Abstract: | Abstract The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze the malfunctioning process of human resource management in a real IT company, to identify problems and to design solution that will support the planning of project manager and management of projects and people. The current aim of the thesis is to define the theoretical basis, to map the current state processes, to determine the structure of processes, to set responsibilities and to compare the proposed solution with the current state. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the description of basic areas of project management, which include, in particular, project management in general or specifically in the field of information technology, definition of concepts and identification of tools used in this field. Other theoretical themes that the thesis deals with are human resource management, process analysis, process modeling and reengineering. The practical part of this thesis deals with definition of a real problem in a particular company, analysis of the starting state, process analysis, proposal of own solution that optimizes the process of human capacity management, creation of a responsibility matrix and final comparison of the initial state with the proposed. |
