| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá odpovědností z vadného plnění zájezdu. Cílem práce je rozbor a zhodnocení právní úpravy v této oblasti. Vedle vymezení důležitých pojmů, vad a jejich kategorizace, nároků plynoucích z vadného plnění zájezdu a jejich uplatňování věnuje autor zvláštní pozornost rovněž institutu újmy za narušení dovolené. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the liability for the faulty performance of the package tour. The main objective of the thesis is the analysis and the evaluation of the legal regulation in this field. Besides the definition of the important terms, faults and their categorization, claims resulting from the faulty performance of the package tour and their application, the author is paying special attention to the institute of the damage from the disrubtion of holidays. |
