| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce na téma regulace sdílené ekonomiky ubytovacích služeb je rozdělena do čtyř částí. První kapitola je věnována historii, současné situaci ve světě a budoucnosti sdílené ekonomiky. Dále je také blíže představena platforma Airbnb. Druhá kapitola přibližuje způsob, jakým státy v Evropě (především Velká Británie a Nizozemí) přistupují k regulaci sdílené ekonomiky a je doplněna o doporučení Evropské komise k této problematice. Třetí kapitola pojednává o situaci v České republice z pohledu právních a daňových aspektů sdílené ekonomiky a o problematice sdílené ekonomiky v Praze. Závěrečná kapitola je věnována analýze ubytovacího sektoru v Praze, a to nejen v rámci sdílené ekonomiky, ale i tradičních HUZ. V rámci analýzy byli spotřebitelé a subjekty dotázání prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření na problematiku sdílené ekonomiky v Praze. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis is about regulation of sharing economy in hospitality and is divided into four parts. The first chapter describes history, current situation around the world and the future of sharing economy. Also includes the basic explanation of Airbnb. The second chapter focuses on the way of regulation of sharing economy in Europe, especially in the UK and Netherlands. In addition, there is a pack of suggestions from European Commission included in this chapter. The third chapter introduces legal and tax aspects of sharing economy in Czech Republic and includes a part about the issues of sharing economy in Prague. The final chapter is about the hospitality analysis in Prague, not only about the sharing economy but also about hotels, hostels and bed & breakfasts. This chapter also includes the results of two questionnaires from consumers and hospitality entities about sharing economy in Prague. |
