| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou fluktuace ve vybraných konkrétních společnostech. S hlavním cílem zjistit důvody rozvázání pracovních poměrů, identifikovat zaměstnance, kteří mají tendence ze společnosti odcházet, zdali se jedná spíše o muže či ženy, jaké mají vzdělání nebo jaké jsou národnosti. Cílem práce je na základě analýzy, která vychází z poskytnutých vnitropodnikových dat a dokumentů, určit do jaké míry jsou zaměstnanci ovlivněni aktuální situací na trhu a jakou roli zde hraje činnost personálního oddělení a managmentu. V neposlední řadě diplomová práce hodnotí současnou situaci, definuje hlavní ovlivňující faktory, budoucí trendy, tendence fluktuace a poskytuje určitá doporučení a východiska pro její efektivnější řízení. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis focuses on the fluctuation issues in selected individual companies. The main goal of this diploma thesis is to find out the reasons of the termination of employments and to identify employees who have tendencies to leave (based on gender, education and nationality). The next goal of the thesis is to analyze the impact of the labor market, the impact of human resources and management activities on employees. The analysis is based on the provided in-house data and documents. Last but not least, the diploma thesis evaluates the current situation regarding the termination process in the companies, defines the main factors and future trends of fluctuation and provides some recommendations for a more effective management. |
