Tématem diplomové práce je technická specifikace systému pro podporu spolupráce, firemní kultury a inovací. Začátek práce je věnován tématům spolupráce, firemní kultury a inovací. Následně je popsán jejich vliv na informační technologie, v důsledku čehož vznikly systémy pro podporu spolupráce, firemní kultury a inovací. Práce popisuje funkční a nefunkční požadavky těchto systémů, popisuje jejich architekturu, standardy a následně implementaci, jejíž správnost aplikování v prostředí společnosti je velmi důležitá. Technická specifikace systému je tvořena analýzou funkčních, nefunkčních požadavků a návrhem cílové architektury. Analýza funkčních požadavků vychází ze současného stavu spolupráce, firemní kultury a inovací vybrané společnosti, kde při identifikaci jejich nedostatků dává autorovi prostor pro vytvoření funkčních požadavků nového řešení systému. Analýza nefunkčních požadavků systému je tvořena technickou specifikací komponent, technologií a bezpečnostních aspektů. Cílová architektura je tvořena návrhy jednotlivých variant architektury aplikovatelnými pro vybranou společnost, ale i pro budoucí zákazníky. Z pohledu technické specifikace zobrazuje strukturu implementačních vrstev a identifikuje technologie na základě nefunkčních požadavků systému.

The topic of the diploma thesis is the technical specification of the system to support collaboration, corporate culture and innovation. The beginning of the work is devoted to themes of collaboration, corporate culture and innovation. Subsequently, their impact on information technologies is described, resulting in systems to support collaboration, corporate culture and innovation. The thesis describes the functional and nonfunctional requirements of these systems, describes their architecture, standards and implementation, whose correctness of application in the company environment is very important. The technical specification of the system consists of an analysis of functional, non-functional requirements and design of the target architecture. Functional requirements analysis is based on the current state of collaboration, corporate culture and innovation of the selected company, where in identifying their shortcomings, the author gives space to create functional requirements for a new system solution. Analysis of non-functional requirements of the system consists of a technical specification of components, technologies and safety aspects. The target architecture is made up of designs of the different architectural variants applicable to the selected company, but also for the future customers. In terms of the technical specification, it shows the structure of the implementation layers and identifies the technologies based on the non-functional requirements of the system.
