| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá internacionalizací malé české firmy, která prodává krmiva pro psy a kočky. Cílem této práce je vybrat vhodný trh pro zahraniční expanzi, provést strategickou analýzu vybraného trhu a zvolit vhodnou formu vstupu na zahraniční trh. Výběr trhu je proveden v několika krocích. Nejprve je zvoleno několik potenciálních zemí, které jsou vhodné pro zahraniční expanzi, následně jsou vybrána relevantní kritéria a poté je provedeno samotné porovnání na základě dostatečného množství podkladových informací. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the internationalization of small Czech company, which sells feed for dogs and cats. The aim of this thesis is to choose the best country for the expansion to a foreign market, to make strategic analysis of the chosen market and to choose the best form of entry. Market selection is done in several steps. First, potentially suitable countries are chosen, then the most relevant criteria are picked and finally selected countries are compared. |
