| Abstract: | Diplomová práce zkoumá očekávání a názorové proudy ve společnosti ohledem problematiky vývoje a uplatnění umělé inteligence. Ve spojitosti s pojmem umělá inteligence, jej prvně vymezuje, rozebírá možné důsledky a dopady technologie na společnost, zaměřuje se na popis možného vnímání a očekávání od technologie. Dále předkládá a interpretuje výsledky dotazníkového kvantitativního a rozhovorového kvalitativního šetření mezi respondenty na toto téma, které diskutuje. Na základě výsledků šetření nově vymezuje pojem umělá inteligence tak, jak je vnímán cílovou skupinou. Také identifikuje klíčové oblasti, které by odborná komunita měla adresovat, při případných snahách o hladší a společensky produktivní přijetí této technologie v budoucnu do běžného života uživatelů ve společnosti. Ze zjištěných skutečností také poukazuje na možné dopady na oblast informačního managementu. |

| Abstract: | This thesis examines the expectations and opinions of the society in terms of the development and application of artificial intelligence. In connection with the term artificial intelligence, it first defines it, analyzes the possible implications and impacts of technology on society, focuses on the description of possible perceptions and expectations from this technology. It also presents and interprets the results of quantitative questionnaire and qualitative interview survey among respondents on this topic that it subsequently discusses. Based on the results of the survey, it newly defines the term artificial intelligence as perceived by the target group. It also identifies the key areas the professional community should address in any attempt to achieve smooth and socially productive introduction of this technology into the daily life of users in society, and highlights possible impacts on area of information management. |
