| Abstract: | Tato práce si klade za cíl pomocí analyticko-deskriptivních a komparativních metod zjistit, jestli byla pro opatření "Předčasné ukončení zemědělské činnosti" Programu rozvoje venkova správně přenesena legislativa z evropské úrovně do vnitrostátního práva. Podrobněji budu zkoumat samotné poskytnutí příjmů starším zemědělcům, jeho vliv na omlazení zemědělství a posílení životaschopnosti podniků. Výstupem práce by nakonec mělo být vyhodnocení, nakolik byly a jsou dané cíle naplňovány. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this work is to analyze, using the analytical-descriptive and comparative methods, whether the legislation of the European level has been correctly transposed into the national rural development program for the "Early retirement from farming" measure. I will examine in more detail the provision of income to older farmers, its impact on rejuvenating agriculture and enhancing the viability of businesses. The outcome of the work should be to evaluate the extent to which the goals have been and are being met. |
