| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je identifikace faktorů, které jsou rozhodující při hodnocení kvality cestovních kanceláří z pohledu zákazníka. K dílčím cílům patří zhodnotit současný stav certifikace kvality v oblasti cestovního ruchu v České republice a vybraných zemích Evropské unie a navrhnout samostatnou certifikaci pro sektor cestovních kanceláří. Teoretická část se věnuje charakteristice klíčových pojmů v oblasti kvality cestovního ruchu. V praktické části jsou vyhodnoceny rozhodující faktory kvality, které byly zjištěny pomocí dotazníkového šetření a jsou poskytnuta obecná doporučení, která by mohla přispět ke zvýšení kvality cestovních kanceláří. Je zde představen návrh certifikace cestovních kanceláří a rozbor národních systémů kvality. |

| Abstract: | The main goal of this thesis is to identify primary factors in the evaluation of quality of travel agencies from the perspective of customers. Partial goal is to evaluate and compare the national certification systems of tourism in the Czech Republic and selected countries of the European Union and suggest a proper certification of travel agencies. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part describes the main characteristics determining the quality of services in tourism. The practical part is focused on evaluation of the most important factors taken from the analysis of responses obtained through the questionnaire. In conclusion, this thesis states the main recommendations which can help to increase the quality of travel agencies and also proposes a system of certification of travel agencies. |
