| Abstract: | Cílem práce je otestovat použitelnost Checklandovy metodologie měkkých systémů k analýze problematiky elektronické evidence tržeb v České republice a navrhnout případné řešení. Nejprve se v teoretické části budu zabývat rozborem a problematikou elektronické evidence tržeb. Poté zdůvodním výběr a popíši Checklandovu metodologii měkkých systémů. Na to naváži v praktické části, kde aplikuji Checklandovu metodologii měkkých systémů k analýze problémů EET. Využiji různých pohledů zainteresovaných stran, k tomu, abych definoval, jaké jsou základní nedostatky EET z různých pohledů těchto stran a v návaznosti na ně se pokusím navrhnout nejvhodnější řešení. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this work is to test the applicability of Checkland's soft-system methodology to analyze issues of registration of sales and to propose a possible solution.Firstly, in the theoretical part, we will analyse registration of sales and its issues. Then we will explain, why we chose the Checkland soft-system methodology and describe it. After that, in the practical part, we will apply the Checkland soft-methodology methodology to analyze EET problems. We will use different views of stakeholders to define main deficiencies of EET from different perspectives of these parties, and then we will try to suggest the most appropriate solution. |
