| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá tím, do jaké míry může rozvoj cestovního ruchu v dané oblasti ovlivnit socioekonomický vývoj této oblasti. Jde zde přitom o konkrétní zamýšlený projekt výstavby lanové dráhy na vrch Hraničník, čímž by došlo k propojení obce Nová Pec s rozsáhlým rakouským skiareálem Hochficht. Cílem diplomové práce je určení předpokládaného socioekonomického vývoje této obce v případě integrace se zmíněným skiareálem.Diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První, teoretická část, vysvětluje problematiku regionálního rozvoje a regionální politiky. Dále se zabývá cestovním ruchem, jakožto faktorem ovlivňujícím regionální rozvoj. V této části je také vysvětlena otázka cestovního ruchu v územích se zvýšenou ochranou přírody.Analytická část pak nejprve zkoumá mikroregion Lipensko, a to jak z pohledu regionálního rozvoje, tak z pohledu cestovního ruchu. Další část se věnuje již konkrétnímu projektu výstavby lanovky na vrch Hraničník. Z hlediska stanovených cílů diplomové práce je stěžejní poslední část, kde je analyzován socioekonomický vývoj jednotlivých obcí v závislosti na provedené investice v oblasti turistické infrastruktury. Analytická část je založena na metodě analogie a statistickém šetření. Významné jsou rovněž rozhovory se starosty zkoumaných obcí. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the extent to which the development of tourism in the given area can influence the socio-economic development of the area. This is a specific project for the construction of a cableway to the hill Hraničník, which would connect a village Nová Pec with the large Austrian ski resort Hochficht. The aim of the diploma thesis is to determine the expected socio-economic development of this municipality in case of integration with the mentioned ski resort.The diploma thesis is divided into two parts. The first, theoretical part, explains the issues of regional development and regional policy. It also deals with tourism as a factor influencing regional development. This section also explains the question of tourism in areas with increased nature protection.The analytical part is first examined by the Lipno region, both in terms of regional development and tourism. The next part is devoted to the concrete project of the construction of the cableway to the hill Hraničník. In terms of set objectives of the diploma thesis, the last part is part of the analysis of the socio-economic development of individual municipalities, depending on the investments made in the field of tourism infrastructure.The analytical part is based on the analogy and statistical survey method. Interviews with the mayors of the surveyed municipalities are also significant. |
