| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je vytvořit podnikatelský plán na založení cestovní agentury, která se zabývá netradičními prohlídkami Prahy formou hry pro studenty středních škol v rámci školních výletů. Součástí práce je představení struktury podnikatelského záměru a teoretických základů podnikání s ohledem na cestovní ruch a související legislativu. Druhá část diplomové práce je věnována zpracování podnikatelského plánu pro cestovní agenturu za účelem interního využití v praxi. Plán obsahuje představení podnikatelského nápadu, plán realizace, finanční a marketingový plán a analýzu rizik. Na základě zorganizované ukázkové prohlídkové hry, která je v rámci práce vyhodnocena, jsou určena stanoviska pro budoucí vývoj cestovní agentury |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis is to create a business plan of a brand-new travel agency. Travel agency specializes in Prague discovery game for participants of school trips. Theoretical part of thesis describes a structure of a business plan, entrepreneurship in tourism with the respect of local legislation. The second part of the thesis contains business plan of the travel agency, including plan of implementation, financial and marketing plan and analysis of risks. Finally, there are statements with recommendations for the future development of the travel agency, based on experience and feedback from students participating in sample discovery game. |
