| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce by mělo být porovnání právní problematiky prodeje nemovitosti podle zákona 40/1964 Sb. (starý občanský zákoník) a zákona 89/2012 Sb. (nový občanský zákoník). V teoretické části budou zhodnoceny dopady změny právní úpravy. Druhá část práce uvede tuto problematiku do praxe prostřednictvím vzorových smluv. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this diploma thesis is to compare the legal issues of real estate sale under Act 40/1964 Coll. (the old Civil Code) and Act No. 89/2012 Coll. (The new Civil Code). In the theoretical part, the impacts of the change of legal regulation will be assessed. The second part of the thesis introduces this issue into practice through model contracts. |
