| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá mimosoudním řešením spotřebitelských sporů a to především způsoby, které v současné době existují v české právní úpravě. Nyní jsou spotřebitelům k dispozici způsoby řešení sporu prostřednictvím mediace a mimosoudního řešení spotřebitelských sporů v zákoně o ochraně spotřebitele. Hlavním cílem práce je posoudit výhody a nevýhody těchto způsobů a provést vzájemnou komparaci. Dále byla stanovena hypotéza, zdali zákonodárce v případě mimosoudního řešení sporů v rámci zákona o ochraně spotřebitele vhodně implementoval směrnici Evropského parlamentu a Rady 2013/11/EU ze dne 21. května 2013 o alternativním řešení spotřebitelských sporů. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with an alternative dispute resolution for consumer disputes, especially with current ways of existing czech legal regulations. Up to date available ways of resolution of these disputes are a mediation and an alternative disputes resolution in consumer protection act.The main aim of the thesis is to consider pros and cons of these ways and compare each other. Further hypothesis adresses topic if a lawmaker in case of the alternative dispute resolution within the bounds of law of consumer protection properly implemented directive of the European Parliament and Council 2013/11/EU regarding alternative dispute resolution. |
