| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá tématem udržitelného cestovního ruchu se zaměřením na problematiku sdíleného ubytování. Zkoumá vliv masového cestovního ruchu a současného trendu sdíleného ubytování v evropských městech a porovnává situaci ve vybraných městech se situací v Praze. Kvantitativním výzkumem hledá cestovní návyky mladých lidí a jejich vztah k udržitelnému cestovnímu ruchu. Základní hypotézou v této oblasti je, že mladí lidé nevnímají nutnost udržitelného cestovního ruchu v evropských městech. Ubytování ve městech si vybírají pouze podle ceny a blízkosti centra města. Dále se práce zabývá trendem zneužívání sdíleného ubytování k vytváření zisku, konkrétně se zaměřuje na multihosting a agentury poskytující sdílené ubytování jakožto hlavní zdroj svého příjmu. Závěrem práce zhodnocuje současný stav a nastiňuje možnosti dalšího vývoje. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the topic of sustainable tourism with a focus on shared accommodation. This thesis examines the influence of mass tourism and the current trend of shared accommodation in European cities and compares the situation in selected cities with the situation in Prague. Quantitative research explores the travel habits of young people and their relationship to sustainable tourism. The basic hypothesis is that young people do not perceive the need for sustainable tourism in European cities and choose accommodation only by price and location. The thesis also deals with abusing the trend of shared accommodation to make profit, specifically focuses on multihosting and agencies providing shared accommodation as a major source of their income. In the end, the thesis explores possibilities of development. |
