| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem strategie při plánování obchodních kapacit modelové letecké flotily v rámci nepravidelné (charterové) přepravy. V teoretické části práce je kladen důraz jak na obecnou charakteristiku letecké dopravy a leteckých dopravců, tak na právní, bezpečnostní, infrastrukturní i provozní hledisko letecké dopravy. Praktická část se zabývá průzkumem trhu charterové dopravy v České republice a návrhem strategie při plánování obchodních kapacit letecké flotily. Výstupem práce je návrh letových řádů charterového dopravce pro letní sezonu kalendářního roku s popisem nákladové optimalizace a dalších aspektů, které je potřeba vzít v úvahu při plánování obchodních kapacit letecké flotily. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with strategy proposal of planning commercial air fleet capacity within irregular (charter) transport. The theoretical part of the thesis emphasizes both the general characteristics of air transport and air carriers, as well as the legal, security, infrastructure and operational aspects of air transport. The practical part deals with the survey of the air charter market in the Czech Republic and with the strategy proposal of planning commercial air fleet capacity. The output of the thesis is the proposal of charter flight schedules for the summer season of the year with a description of cost optimization and other aspects that need to be taken into account when planning the commercial air fleet capacity. |
