| Abstract: | The objective of this diploma thesis is an evaluation of the current status of company Malba a Kresba s.r.o. together with proposing a detailed proposal for the implementation of the business intelligence application in order to improve key functionalities in the company. Firstly key company processes will be analyzed together with big picture analysis in order to find exact spots in the company which will benefit from Business intelligence implementation. Afterwards business intelligence proposal will be prepared in which all necessary components will be described. In the conclusion agreed dashboards should be presented together with maintenance solution for the business intelligence. |

| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je zhodnocení současného stavu firmy Malba a Kresba s.r.o. spolu s návrhem na implementaci aplikace Business Intelligence s cílem zlepšit klíčové funkce ve společnosti. Nejprve budou analyzovány klíčové firemní procesy spolu s analýzou samotného podniku, aby bylo možné nalézt přesná místa ve firmě, u kterých bude prospěšný implementovat Business Intelligence. Poté bude vypracován návrh Business Intelligence, ve kterém budou popsány všechny potřebné komponenty. V závěru by měly být společně s řešením údržby pro business intelligence představeny dohodnuté reporty, které firma bude využivat. |
