| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá implementací normy ISO 9001:2015 na konkrétní základní škole. Cílem práce je navrhnout postupy, tak, aby splňovaly požadavky na management kvality a zefektivnily procesy na základní škole. První část práce je teoretické vymezení kvality a metody, kterými můžeme management kvality v organizaci implementovat. V praktické části je uvedená současná situace na Základní škole v Bystřici, kde nemá vedení s managementem kvality žádné zkušenosti. Každá zkoumaná oblast je zhodnocená z hlediska plnění požadavků a jsou stanovená doporučení, která vedou k implementaci norem ISO 9001:2015 na základní školu. |

| Abstract: | Master Thesis deals with an implementation of ISO Standards 9001:2016 in particular primary school. It is aimed at methods suggestion in order to meet both management quality requirements and make methods of operation in the primary school more efficient. The first part provides us with a definition of terms quality and method using for Quality management system implementation. Pragmatic part describes the current situation in the primary school Bystřice where school management has had no experience with Quality management yet. Every single field that comes under the research is evaluated with respect to meeting of requirements. Based on these fulfilments are set proper suggestions in order to lead to a successful ISO Standards 9001:2016 implementation in the primary school. |
