| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem individuální tvorby, která je podporována týmem. Cílem této práce je analýza studií zabývajících se kreativitou a následná identifikace klíčových prvků, které se zaměřují na podporu individuální kreativity v týmu. V teoretické části jsou představeny témata relevantní k tvořivosti a podpory týmové práce. Praktická část analyzuje data získaná v několika zahraničních, ale těž českých studií. Jedná se o analýzu empirických dat. Na základě výsledku z analýzy bude provedena komparace. Na závěr budou vyvozeny zjištění a zhodnoceny cíle a hypotézy. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of individual creativity, which is supported by the team. The aim of this work is to analyze the studies dealing with creativity and the subsequent identification of key elements that focus on supporting individual creativity in the team. The theoretical part of the thesis presents topics relevant to creativity and support of team work. The practical part analyzes the data obtained in several foreign and Czech studies. This analysis is made from empirical data. Based on the results of the analysis, a comparison will be made. At the end, the objectives and hypotheses will be evaluated. |
