| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je obecně charakterizovat námořní dopravu se zaměřením NVOCC operátora a subjekty s ním úzce spojené. Další záměrem je analýza role klienta a role NVOCC operátora v průběhu exportního procesu FCL zásilky.V rámci této práce budou v teoretické části vysvětleny základní pojmy k porozumění problematiky námořní dopravy. Definovány budou i subjekty hrající roli v rámci přepravního řetězce či vysvětleny dokumenty, hrající důležitou roli v rámci přepravy.V rámci praktické části bude zpracován reálný průběh přepravy exportní FCL zásilky z ČR na Karibské ostrovy. Na závěr dojde k identifikaci potencionálních problémů, které mohou vzniknout v rámci procesu přepravy a formulace doporučení, jak se těmto problémům má přepravce vyhnout, popřípadě jak by daný problém mohl řešit. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to characterize maritime transport with the focus on NVOCC operator and other subjects which are connected to him. Another goal of this work will be to demonstrate the proces of the transportation of FCL export order.In the theoretical part of the work the main topics and definition will be explained in order to understand the maritime transport. Furthermore the work will try to explain the main actors and their role in the transportation proces indeed including transportant different transportation documentation.The practical part will demonstrate the real process of export of FCL container shipment from the Czech republic to the Caribbean islands. The last part will try to alocate all danger that may arise during the transportation and recommendations for NVOOC operator will be formed to protect them against these risks. |
