| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se věnuje spolupráci v oblasti environmentální politiky Číny a Evropské unie. V práci je sledována činnost EU a Číny na jednotlivých úrovních vnější aktivity. Pro zhodnocení spolupráce budou analyzovány legislativní akty, které se k danému tématu vážou, a prozatím dosažené úspěchy v oblasti environmentální politiky. Důraz je kladen na podepsané strategické smlouvy a vzniklé platformy, na nichž probíhá dialog o otázkách ochrany životního prostředí. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with cooperation in the field of environmental policy of China and the European Union. The thesis monitors EU and Chinese activities at individual levels of external activity. The evaluation of the cooperation will analyze the legislative acts that are relevant to the topic and the achievements achieved in the field of environmental policy. Emphasis is placed on signed strategic treaties and on the platforms underway for dialogue on environmental issues. |
