| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je zhodnocení průběhu důchodové reformy na Slovensku. Teoretická část specifikuje důchodový systém před reformou, potřeby reformy a poreformní systém včetně legislativních změn. Pozornost je věnována rizikům ohrožují-cích průběžný systém financování a nastavení poreformního systému, který má rizika eliminovat. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou důchodového systémů z pohledu obyvatel. V úvodu je zpracována metodika výpočtů důchodových dávek před reformou, po reformě z I. pilíře a po reformě z I. a II. pilíře. Následně jsou pro-vedeny výpočty u tří příjmových skupin a výsledky analýzy jsou zhodnoceny. Důchodová reforma je následně zhodnocena z pohledu makrofinančního, mikrofinanč-ního a z pohledu důchodových správcovských společností. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to evaluate course of the pension reform in Slovakia. The theoretical part specifies pension system before the reform, the reform needs and the after-reform system, including legislative changes. Attention is paid to the risks that are endangering pay as you go system and to the setting up of the new system, which is supposed to eliminate the risks. The practical part is dedicated to analysis of the pension system from the point of view of population. At first, methodology of calculation of pension benefits before the reform, after the reform from I. pillar and after the reform from I. and II. pillar is compiled. Subsequently, calculations are made for three income groups and the results of the analysis are evaluated. The pension reform is subsequently assessed in terms of macro financial, micro financial and DSS (II. pillar management companies). |
